Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe, North America or anywhere else outside the UK., place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Euros, US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard Switch, Delta, Solo and Electron. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. We can accept your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail, but the safest way is via our 'Universal payment Gateway Secure Server' which fully encrypts you details and sends them to the bank verifying your details en route.
You can of course pay by Bacs transfer* or send a cheque**

**Goods will not be despatched until cheque have cleared. This could cause a delay in you receiving your order.
Shipping And Handling
Where an item is in stock, we will endeavour to send it that day by overnight courier.
You can decide wether you'd like to have your goods sent by courier at £10.18 per 15kg, or to have the goods loaded onto a pallet at £55 per pallet (you'll need to be able to unload this by fork truck).
We new have a new service of first class recorded delivery with Royal Mail. This option is cheaper for off shore & Scottish addresses.
For customers in the USA we offer UPS Expedited service as standard. (2-5 Working days). Should you required a faster service please e-mail for a quote. factory@hyraulicfittings.biz
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1 or 2 business days . International orders are generally received in under 2 days in Europe and 3 to 5 days for the rest of the World.
Occassionally items may be out of stock. We will do our best to either source or manufacture products as quickly as possible. We understand that sometimes customers are unable to wait. We will inform customers either by e-mail or phone when delays are encountered. Customers have the option to either wait for full consignment, accept a part delivery - delayed items will be sent out with extra carriage charges, accept a part delivery and cancel out of stock items in which case a refund of those items will be made via sage pay back to customers accounts, or cancel the full order where by a full refund will be given.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach the bank's computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site, and Hydraulic Fittings.Biz has no access to these details.
Hydraulic Fittings is PCI DSS Complient with Trustwave and operates 3D security with Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode.
Our Gate way provider is UPG PLC and they are listed as an accredited provider by Visa Europe.

Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that a product supplied by us is found to be faulty or not as described, we offer a no quibble 30 day return policy and will gladly replace your product or if not possible offer a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Remittance Terms
All items must be paid for in full prior to despatch.
Where items are purchased on account, the account will be placed on hold if payment is not made within 30 days.
Title of goods will not pass from the seller to the purchaser until paid for in full.
