We currently have 784 -  3/8" R1A Skive ferrules which are on offer. As of 17/10/25

To use these ferrules you will need to skive the rubber off the end of your 3/8" R1AT Single wire hose.

25.4mm or 1". We suggest using a sharp knive cutting through the rubber to the wire below, making the incesion around the hose. Then cut rubber away in strips until the wire layers are exposed around the hose end. The ferrules can now be fitted to the end of the hose followed by the insertion of the fitting you wish to use.

Please note Always cut away from yoursevles and others.

There are machanical devices that can take the rubber off. If using such a device please refer to the manufacturers instructions regarding use and safety recommendations.
